Freedom
The holiday season has now come to an end and we have welcomed in the new year.
Lots of us will remember it for the wonderful time we had and the memories we made.
Unfortunately, not every one feels the same.
There are people out there that dread Christmas and all its festivities. Be it that they have unpleasant past memories from their childhood or a break up, loss of a love one, to name but a few. It can be a very sad and bleak time for them. This can cause a great deal of fear, anxiety and depression, so much so that they would just love to hide away in a cave till its all over.
I want to tell you it doesn’t have to be like this. You can free yourself and life can be happy no matter what time of the year it is. When you feel ready to let go and free yourself, give me a call and I will be happy to support you.
I have the tools to help you transform your life.
Love and Light

The Journey: My experience by Gisela Olsson
Thursday 28 May 2015
12 months ago I did something very brave, I decided it was time to deal with my backpack of junk. The one that I have been carrying for a long time, the one that has been holding me back, making me sick and depressed.
